David Williams, chair of the Jamieson Wellness board of directors, will retire following the company’s 2022 AGM. Williams was a former senior executive at George Weston and Loblaw Companies Limited; as well as chairman and interim CEO at Shoppers Drug Mart. His retirement from the board will take effect upon the conclusion of the AGM.
